Refunds

We want to make completely sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase.

We encourage our potential customers to take full advantage of our free, full-featured trials prior to purchase, which can be downloaded here:

However, if you’ve made a purchase and you’re not completely satisfied, please request a refund as described below.

We make every attempt to process refunds quickly, but please be aware that it can take up to approximately 20 days for a refund to appear back on your method of purchase.

Full Refunds

You may request a full refund of any product licenses purchased within 30 days of your purchase date.

If you’ve purchased assistance and have not used it, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date until 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment date.

Partial Refunds

You may request a partial refund of any product licenses purchased within 60 days of your purchase date. Any partial refund will be 50% of the final purchase price, including any discounts.

If you’ve purchased assistance and have not used it, you may request a partial refund within 30 days of your purchase date when you’re within 7 days of your scheduled appointment date. Any partial refund will be prorated at 15% per day prior to your scheduled appointment.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

    •  Please send an email to support@filiphant.com with your Order # and a reason for the refund request.
    •  Alternatively, you may use our Contact page with Subject: “Support” and a message that includes your Order # and a reason for the refund request.

You may retrieve your Order # by following these steps:

    1. Go to:  Filiphant.com > My Account > Orders and login.
    2. Find the Order # you would like refunded.

Once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will reach out to you at the email address provided to see if there’s anything we can do to resolve your issue before working through the refund process.
