Assistance is offered to customers that would like live help with Filiphant software.

Prior purchase of Filiphant software is not required.

Assistance provides customers with a general understanding of the use of Filiphant software.  Customers are assisted with questions, such as:  how to…

• • install Filiphant software / install Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Excel has its own billing models)
  • create their own first financial plan / where to enter their known existing financial information
  • understand the future financial forecasting / understand the assumptions
  • interpret the Filiphant software analysis results (KPIs and Dashboard)
  • model what-if scenarios / adjust their financial plan for a successful future
  • utilize advanced features, such as sharing, upgrading, automatic calculations, etc.
