Known Issues
- Installation issues:
- Installers intermittently not completing on older Windows 10 computers.
- Resolution: Turn on compatibility mode for the installer file: How to change the Windows compatibility mode. In the installer file Properties – Compatibility tab, in the Compatibility mode area, check the Run this program in compatibility mode for: checkbox, and select Windows 8 from the dropdown.
- Installers intermittently not completing on older Windows 10 computers.
- Application issues:
- On the Setup sheet, selecting a planning type of Independence results in a run-time error, which means the workbook must be closed and cannot be saved. This doesn’t affect overall usability of the plan as long as the Independence planning type isn’t selected.
- Exporting plan data for an upgrade skips any Budget custom Consistent Expense items that are Linked.
- Resolution: Before exporting plan data, ensure you have set the Linked custom Consistent Expense item’s Expense Category.
- Importing plan data from this same software version fails in limited situations. When this situation occurs, the plan will need to be closed without saving and then reopened.
